Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched same day given the item is made Monday – Friday before 2pm.

Our Standard (2-3 working days) and Express (1 working day) delivery is for Mainland UK only.

Non-mainland UK addresses include the following:

HIGHLANDS, IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, JERSEY, ISLE OF WIGHT

And the following postcode areas:

AB31>38, AB42>56, BT>ALL, FK17>22, G83, GY>ALL, HS1>9, IM>ALL, IV>ALL, JE>ALL, KA27>28, KW>ALL, PA>ALL, PH5>50, TR21>25, ZE>ALL

All areas / countries outside of mainland UK please contact for postage cost before placing your order.

Packages may need to be signed for, or if the courier decides, left in a secure location.

Please note that we do not deliver outside working hours, at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday. All orders taken outside of working hours (and weekends) will be dispatched the following working day.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your item, we have a 14 day refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\'t offer you a refund. The 14 days begin from the day of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To start the refund process, please use the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. Once your return is approved, please return your item to us at the address that will be provided.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
