Carwow, a leading online car-shopping platform in the UK, has recently acquired Autovia, a prominent media company known for titles like AutoExpress and Evo. While the financial details of the deal remain undisclosed, Autovia boasts a substantial audience of 15 million monthly readers, buyers, and enthusiasts. Their portfolio includes popular print and digital publications such as Auto Express, Evo, DrivingElectric, and Carbuyer, along with the renowned Driver Power automotive satisfaction survey.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Carwow, expanding its capabilities and market presence in the UK automotive industry. With Carwow’s existing content, including a highly successful YouTube channel with over 1.1 billion views in 2023, joining forces with Autovia is expected to significantly broaden Carwow’s audience.
